Turned around a San Diego Better Business Bureau “Unsatisfactory” rating and rejection of membership request. Brokered meetings, obtained counsel on BBB operations, helped craft the client’s case, and insisted on operational changes that led to a “Satisfactory” rating and subsequent membership in good standing (later rated “A”).

Helped the newly created Airport Authority make its case over was how much money was going to be turned over along with the airport. Initially, the two sides were nearly $120 million apart. Developed and managed a highly focused media and community relations effort resulting in an agreement in the Airport Authority’s favor to transfer $125 million.
